Using 0 km materials of our production respecting the criteria of slow food, local and organic, we try to tell you about an enogastronomic journey of all Sicily following the seasonality of the products to have the highest quality.
Among the main dishes you will find: caponata, sweet and sour onion, macaroni with meat sauce, Pasta chi Taddi da cucuzza or tenerumi, risotto with aci trunzo, tripe a ghiotta, stockfish, sheep’s milk ricotta with pistachio from Bronte, parmigiana, arancini with meat sauce Etna, pizza margherita, rolls with pistachio from bronte, cannoli with ricotta.
